Newport Conteporary Ballet premiered a cross-cultural, collaborative work between Bari Italy’s Breathing Art Company and NCB dancers in September of 2021. The resulting work, entitled “La Palomba / Ascending,” was previewed in Bari, Italy and premiered in its namesake sculpture garden in Matera Italy.
